Amets was born from the desire to share our vision of Basque gastronomy and fine wines with the world.
Diego Sánchez, born in Madrid and a Basque by conviction, reinterprets traditional flavors with techniques learned over years of cooking among fine dining restaurants, yachts, and luxury villas around the world.
